In early 2020 as countless businesses began to feel the impact of COVID-19, The Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries needed to reinvent itself. As an association whose majority of revenues were generated through hosting an annual industry trade show, CADSI needed to reevaluate its business model.
After investing in the development of new member products and services, CADSI rebranded and relaunched itself to members in the fall of 2020. Input UX was instrumental in defining the association's new image and ushering in a modernized, product-driven revenue model through its marketing website defenceandsecurity.ca.

A perfect example of true UX, this project involved far more than a UI design refresh. It required constant, deep involvement with business stakeholders as the association's value proposition and fundamental operations were being redefined. Combined with the launch of a new visual identity, new products and services and an entirely new narrative, we delivered success despite numerous moving parts throughout the engagement.
We continue to work with CADSI on numerous digital marketing projects while building on the foundational work completed around the association's public marketing website and member portal, myCADSI.
