Overview

KV Associates is a full-service construction consulting firm servicing building owners in the real estate and design community-based in Boston, MA. We worked with KVA in 2018 to plan, design, and build a new corporate website following a rebranding exercise conducted by another agency.

This was an end-to-end planning, design, and development project where we lead each step working with the client team. The entire project took place over the space of two months. Our role in this engagement included:

1. Defining a new information architecture to align with KVA's refreshed identity and brand voice
2. Preparing an updated visual design approach that supported the company's recent brand refresh
3. Building and populating content on the Webflow CMS platform
4. Conducting browser/device testing
5. Providing training to client team for future website maintenance
6. Delivering overall project management and liaison with client and agency partner teams.
